These are the busiest months of the year, with lots going on locally, albacore & yellowtail fishing hits its peak, and everyday is a beach day!
Fall — Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec
$2200 per month / $950 per week
These are the months we locals consider the best of all the year. Warm, sunny, and relatively quiet with the tourists gone and the kids in school.
Winter/Spring — Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun
$2200 per month / $850 per week
These months feature the Carlsbad 5000, the Carlsbad & Rock and Roll Marathons, lots of competetive local events — and plenty of opportunities to enjoy the less crowded beaches. Surf's up, too!
4th of July Week
$2400 per week
The 4th of July week at the height of summer is something to experience. Be prepared to watch two synchronized fireworks displays going off right in front of you while you sit in your beach chairs in front of our beach condo.
Christmas Week
$1250 per week
Christmas in Southern California is something special because you can spend it on the beach, or taking in the Holiday Bowl, or watching the Parade of Lights on Oceanside Harbor!
Rental Period
Oceans1112 is available for rent on a weekly or monthly basis. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Deposit Agreement
One-half the rental amount, plus a refundable deposit of $500.00, is required to secure reservations. The balance of the rental amount is due 60 days before check-in. We will send you a Vacation Lease Agreement to sign well in advance of your planned vacation. If you wish to pay by credit card, we will also send you a payment request by email. Please note that an additional 5% processing fee will be added to cover PayPal's credit card processing fee, if paying by credit card.
Cancellation Policy
60 day cancellation notice required.

- This is strictly a non-smoking property.
- No pets are allowed at any time.
- Linens, bedding, standard kitchen utensils, and beach equipment provided.
Payment Options
Since reservations are usually made months ahead of time, we prefer payment by check or money order with receipt of our completed Vacation Lease Agreement. If, however, you wish to pay by credit card, please let us know and we will send you a payment request by email.
